Shipping Policy

  • Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. During peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.
  • Shipping Time: Shipping times vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guideline only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the order and the destination.
  • Shipping Carriers: We use reputable shipping carriers such as USPS, FedEx, UPS.
  • Address Accuracy: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order’s progress on the carrier’s website.
  • Lost or Damaged Packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately (within 72 hours of delivery) with photos of the damaged packaging and product. We will work with the carrier to file a claim.
  • Printed-on-Demand Items: Due to the custom nature of our printed t-shirts and mugs, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection (unless we made an error), or design preference. Please carefully review your order before submitting it.
  • Eligible Returns/Replacements: We will gladly replace or refund your order if:
    • Incorrect Product Shipped: You received a product different from what you ordered.
    • Incorrect Design Printed: The design on the product is different from what you approved or ordered.
    • Incorrect Size Shipped: You received a different size than what you ordered.
    • Damaged on Arrival: The product arrived damaged (you must notify us within 72 hours of delivery with photographic evidence).

Notification Requirement: To be eligible for a return or replacement, you MUST notify us within 72 hours of delivery. Contact us via sales@safegoods.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and packaging (if damaged).
